Resia Golden Glades is excited to offer thoughtfully designed apartments tailored to fit your lifestyle. In addition to our market-rate residences, we’ve reserved a select number of apartments for our Workforce Housing Program supporting essential professionals who help our community thrive.

What is Workforce Housing?

Our Workforce Housing Program provides affordable living options for individuals and families earning between 60% and 140% of the Area Median Income (AMI) in Miami-Dade County.

Am I Eligible?

To qualify, your household income must fall within the designated limits for 110% or 140% of AMI

For 110% of AMI, your total household income must not exceed:
  • $87,450 for a 1-person household
  • $99,880 for a 2-person household
  • $112,310 for a 3-person household
  • $124,850 for a 4-person household
  • $134,860 for a 5-person household
  • $144,870 for a 6-person household

For 140% of AMI, your total household income must not exceed:

  • $111,300 for a 1-person household
  • $127,120 for a 2-person household
  • $142,940 for a 3-person household
  • $158,900 for a 4-person household
  • $171,640 for a 5-person household
  • $184,380 for a 6-person household

How do I Apply?

Getting started is easy!
These designated units are denoted by WFH followed by the AMI limit.
To apply, you’ll need:

  • A completed application for every household member aged 18 or older
  • Proof of income for all working household members
  • Additional documentation as required based on individual circumstances
  • Rental history or residential verification for the past two years, if applicable
