Our community features modern 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments with in-unit washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, spacious walk-in closets, and private balconies or patios in select units.

Is there in-unit laundry?

Yes, apartments include an in-home washer and dryer for convenient laundry.

What schools are near Resia Golden Glades apartments in Miami?

Resia Golden Glades apartments, located at 15955 NW 6th Ave, Miami, FL 33169, are zoned for several Miami-Dade County public schools.

Oak Grove Elementary School (PK–5)

John F. Kennedy Middle School (6–8)

North Miami Beach Senior High School (9–12)

All of these schools are within approximately one mile of the community, providing convenient access for residents.

What time can I use the coworking space?

The coworking spaces are open seven days a week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Is Resia Golden Glades pet-friendly?

Yes! Resia Golden Glades welcomes both cats and dogs, with a maximum of two pets per apartment. While there’s no weight limit, some breed restrictions do apply.

Is there a pet rent or fee?

Pet rent is $25 per pet, per month. No deposit is required, but there is a $400 non-refundable pet registration fee.

Is parking available for guests?

Yes! We offer multiple guest parking spaces in our first-floor garage, giving your visitors a convenient place to park.

How many cars can I register?

Each apartment can register up to 2 cars. The first car is included at no extra cost, and a second car can be registered for $75 per month.

Do you accept commercial vehicles?

Commercial vehicles are not permitted in resident parking areas to maintain safety and accessibility for all residents.

What are the pool hours?

Our pool is open daily from sunrise to sunset, giving you plenty of time to relax and enjoy throughout the day.

Are restrooms or changing areas available?

Yes, convenient restrooms are located near the pool area for your use.

What are the gym hours?

Our gym is open 24 hours, 7 days a week, giving you complete flexibility to work out whenever it fits your schedule.

Are there any age restrictions for using the gym?

Yes, residents must be at least 16 years old to use the gym. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Do I need to reserve the outdoor kitchen?

The outdoor kitchen is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Come by anytime and enjoy this convenient space for meal prep, snacks, or social gatherings.

Is bike storage available?

Yes! We provide convenient bike racks and storage areas for all residents.

Are there any rules for using bike storage?

Bikes must be stored in designated areas only, and all residents are responsible for securing their own bicycles with a lock.
