LIVE LOCAL ACT

Making Home Happen

At Resia Golden Glades, we believe that finding a great home should be within reach—especially for the people who keep our communities thriving. Thanks to Florida’s Live Local Act, that’s more possible than ever allowing us to offer rents 10% below market. This exciting initiative supports working individuals and families by expanding access to high-quality housing at attainable rates—and yes, that includes you!

What is the Live Local Act?

The Live Local Act is a new Florida law designed to make it easier for working Floridians to live where they work. Through this program, our rental community can offer a portion of apartments at special rates based on income. It’s all about creating opportunity, reducing long commutes, and building vibrant, connected neighborhoods.

How do I qualify?

It’s simple. To be eligible for one of our Live Local Act apartments, your household income must fall within a specific
range based on your Average Median Income (AMI). At Resia Golden Glades, we currently offer homes for those
who qualify at or below 120% of Miami-Dade County AMI limits. Don’t worry—it’s not as complicated as it sounds,
and we’re here to walk you through it. When you apply, we’ll ask for a few basic documents (recent pay stubs or
latest tax returns) to verify your household income.

Once approved, you’ll enjoy beautiful, modern living at a more affordable monthly rent.
